Evening all,

I'm after some rust treatment and wondered what people have used and would recommend.
Engines coming out in the morning so I can get the body ready for paint.
Links would be great

Cheers

Bilt Hamber Deox Gel. Very good but follow the instructions to the letter.

2nd bilthamber deox gel. Had some rust around the center of the windscreen area, wire wheeled it all, deoxed it and painted it. That was about a year ago and there's no sign at all of any rust returning. All the bilthamber stuff is tops to be honest. Their Electrox primer is superb too, as is the Dynax range of waxes - most of the underside of my car is coated in the clear UC stuff and the box sections are full of S50. Well worth the money in my opinion.

Agree with the bilt hamber comments but there is a big difference in the performance of the S50 aerosol at different temperatures. Do the injecting either on a warm day or heat up the garage for a few hours before using it.

Another vote for Bilthamber here. Really good stuff.
