Hi guys,

Who in the UK can I go to for the widest selection of gauges? I was initially after VDO gauges as they are good quality but a lot of the styles seem to be US only, I can't find a UK supplier of the full range.

I am open to suggestions about which make of gauge to go for, I just want good quality, good looking, matching gauges for:

  • Speedo
  • Tacho
  • Fuel
  • Oil pressure
  • Oil temp
  • Water temp
  • External temp
  • Clock
  • Voltage
  • Current
  • maybe boost, EGT, AFR (never say never!)

Preferably full sweep (or at least central needle) gauges.

Any & all recommendations welcome!

Cheers,

Phil

I've got smiths guages in one of mine; great classic look. In my pickup I've got Stackk gauges, which look great and are very precise. You can also programme them to trigger other equipment in the car (fans, warning lights etc) They're quite pricey mind, but some came with the car.

Autometer make a wide range of gauges with full sweep on many of them.

Defi. Best by far. You'll have to dig deep in your pockets for them though.

Do they event exist?

Not one of the companies listed as their distributor actually lists any of their products on their respective website.

They are Smiths then??

That makes more sense, I was looking thinking "I can't see any gauges with Caerbont on them"
