Hello,

I hope you guys can help me. My mini clubman 2008 overheated at the weekend due to a coolant leak. It has meant that 2 of the cylinders are completely dead and the 3rd is also damaged. I have been advised by the garage it is in that it needs a whole new engine.

Does anyone know of anywhere for me to start looking? I am in Hitchin in Hertfordshire so ideally if there is somewhere close to there then brilliant but I can travel to pick it up. I have looked at a few spare part websites but it worries me that I don't see what I am buying - I don't really know what I am looking for so any pointers would be much appreciated.

Thank you so much in advance for any help.

Try Mini Tech Spares linked below as they are specialist New MINi breakers:-

http://www.mintechspares.co.uk/

May other MINI specialist companies are listed in Modern MINI magazine (available in newsagents) who can help.
