Does anyone else get frustrated by the poorly put together e-mails that get sent out about MITP?

A screenshot of part of one I received today:

The "Shower"? I assume they meant it as in show-er, but why not just use "Show-off"?

Sorry, just a little rant. It's not hard or expensive to put together a simple e-mail newsletter these days. As they send me every e-mail newsletter twice (apparently their database is totally happy without a unique key on the e-mail field) they could put a little effort in to them.

MS Paint used for this one:

And another, I don't even know what the purpose of that wavy crop is:

Not really even mini in the park any more. Mini at the pod more like.

Mini in the Park was awesome.

It's almost as if they're mocking people who build show cars with the "look at me" bit... Implying we only do it for attention...

Not a great strategy if they want people to apply for their show and shine...

I don't think any of the shows held at the pod are that good anymore! I went to classic Ford show & entered my S1 Escort RS Turbo into show & shine. Very poorly run & also entry to the pod is getting expensive!

They have even got the date wrong in that last picture. It's on the 13th right. ?? Not Monday the 14th! Hahaha

Definitely starting to regret buying tickets already!

It's been slowly getting worse for the last couple of years

Main reason I'm going as it's good fun camping and having a piss up with your mates and have a look at some minis! That and it's a chance to go up the strip :-P Though last year the strip wait was terrible

The only show I attend religiously is the NEC classic motor show, if rather save up all those £10s to walk around in the rain looking at a few cars you've seen before and see hundreds of nice cars in the dry.

Got to say I'm not a fan of the show now and am happy to moan I hate mitp but I still end up going to spend time with friends, it was great before they moved it to the pod.
I think I am more interested in Himley

Last year I spent my time coding BMW models, found a BBQ and not much more. So it was a big old social.
