Buy the clutch oil seal tool from someone like Minispares.
It makes the job ten times easier.

the front of the engine is the radiator end.

rad off. pulley off.timing cover off. replace seal and refit.

As above but before tightening the timing cover bolts, fit the pulley to make sure the seal sits correctly without leaking :D
