Hi please give any advice on the following
I'm wanting to know should I etch the floor and sills before using Bilt Hamber galv paint then a two pack epoxy and finally Gravitex

I just used built hamber epoxy mastic followed by seam sealer then finally a coat of tintable raptor, don't think you really need etch, galv paint and epoxy to be honest, the epoxy mastic is designed to go on bare metal and has good anti corrosion abilities, if you are using gravitex then you will need to put a few coats of your chosen body colour over the top. I used gravitex on my previous resto but now I have used raptor I wouldn't use anything else.
