Long time since I posted last, our tahiti is coming close to going fir paint just one more door skin to do. We've removed the skin and the top outer rail which the skin is spotted to is rusted out, I can't find a repair piece to buy are they available? I must be using the wrong description.

Do you mean this part o the inner of the top of the door skin, as that comes as part of the door skin when you buy it.
