There are two hoses coming out of the passenger inner wing.

 

One goes to the purge valve.

 

What's the other hose?

No it isn't.

Not in front of it right now but does one go from the purge valve to the charcoil canister in the wing and the other comes from the canister to a breather pipe that runs all the way to the tank.

They are part of the emission control system, should be a canister on the other side high up under the wing.

One is the feed and other other is the purge line back to the manifold.
