Just wondering the average price to bore a 1275 Mini Cooper to around 1380?

dont. it is worth more as it is.  take it to 1293. the cost will be the same. and you have more sizes you can get out of it. and the power will be similar.

I agree with Nick, a well built and setup 1293 or 1310 is more than capable of producing impressive power figures and still leaves room in the block for further rebores in the future.

As above. I took a 1275 to 1330 and regretted it. My next 1275 rebuild (assuming it actually needs a rebore) will go 1293 to give room for future rebuilds / rebores.

what i will say is if you want a 1380 just buy one and use your 1275 as the exchange.

you will get what you want and the 1275 can go on to be something. eg Minispares short motor.
