I've got an aldon yellow dizzy, a+ running the blue type points. I want to convert the dizzy to electronic but don't want to be spending daft money for an aldon ignitor. I've tried a cheaper conversion kit but there's a pin in the base plate of the aldon that gets in the way. Does anyone know of a work around to convert the dizzy without the expense? Cheers

I should have been clearer. It's a pin in bar plate and the standard electronic gubbins don't line up with the holes on the base plate.
