Hi, I'm dan and I'm from Colchester and am looking to get back onto the mini scene.

I have had/ worked on a few minis over the years, my first car was a red hot mini, a couple of years ago I restored an 88 Austin mini with a friend, once that was complete I started to look for another project and found an 87 mini that needed a full restore. sadly all projects have now been sold and I am after my 4th project.

I have lots of experience in composites mainly resin casting but have also played with carbon fibre and fibre glass. I would like my 4th project to be a little bit special, am thinking of making as many carbon/ fibreglass parts as possible and maybe do a bike install, however it all depends upon how much monies i can scrape together. So I may just do a standard restore project.

Please let me know if you have any cheap links for sale which I can use as a base. I live in Colchester but have a workshop between bury and Ipswich.
