Hello!

I live in So Cal and recently purchased a 1971 Austin Mini. The car was bought and shipped online without seeing the car in person. Pictures dd not show that there is a lot of rust on this one and I've got a lot of work ahead of me. I'm looking forward to building a Mini autocross car to run in SCCA (Sports Car Club of America). I ran Porsche Club autocross for years in a 1980 911SC which I sold when the air-cooled market went through the roof and I miss Sunday racing and can't wait to get the Mini to the track.

Thank you for allowing me into the forum, I'll have a lot of questions!

Gregg

Welcome to the forum, it wouldn't be a genuine Mini if it didn't have rust.
