So if you find that you have one, do you evacuate the room? You are not supposed to touch it. It could be right on the verge of rupture.
Or, more generally, what do you do with any pressure vessel that has been over-pressurised and can't be controlled remotely? Outdoors, you could put a bullet through it from a safe distance, but indoors a can of primer could make a very expensive mess.... Do you need to get the bomb squad to come along and use their robot to take it to a safe place, such as inside a strong container, for destruction?
