Definitely not legal. If the car has been scrapped then the logbook must be surrendered.

I've already added that one to my sig list at the bottom, I'll probably get abuse off the seller if they're a member here, it can never be legally put on the road not even with a heritage shell.

There are loads on there at the moment again.

Another one for the Campanologists! probably fuelled by the impending

changes to MOTs for 40yr old classic cars.

Once a car becomes tax exempt I believe it is now legal to have black and silver plates if you so desire....as the rules were apparently changed recently when it became a rolling 40 year exemption.
