As the Pup nears complete strip down to a bare shell my thoughts are starting to turn to bracing ready for working through the various major repairs (door frames for example). Question really is around what dimensions for the box section would be appropriate? 25mm by 25mm, or better still something like 30mm by 30mm? I'll need to be ingenious with how I do it and will likely go over the top just to make sure, but keen to brace it with something appropriate.

Thanks, Jamie

Someone posted 20mmx20mm as adequate the other day. Square inside the pillars with a vertical support welded to the cross member. Will be interesting to hear experienced people’s comments on this.

I use 20mm x 20mm and as mentioned square across the pillars and across the door frame. Also i had another section across the crossmember with drop down to the crossmember. A couple of diagonals would not hurt either.
