Hello all...don't know if this is the best place for this question but i figure its detailing.

Ive painted the switch panel in my car and now the buttons stand out a mile, their all faded like in most minis to be honest but they all work perfectly well it seems a shame to replace them....i say they work well ive never used the brake test button.

so has anyone done anything to get them back to their former glory and if so what worked and what didn't.

You could try something like Meguiars interior quick detailer. It might bring the switches back to a black finish and could be applied with a soft cloth or cotton bud maybe?

Cheers, Steve
