Left Over Bolt

I found the name, it's the purge valve. It's behind the coolant tank as I said. Should be the bolt for the purge valve's bracket. Looks exactly like it!

Is there a hole in the bolt? My guess would be something for a cable, perhaps throttle if there is but dont quote me.

No hole, the car is together and running so not sure how important

Sorry, cant seem to find anything, the closest bolt I came across was a subrame bolt but that was just one bolt.

With the sleeve I'd suspect it goes through a bush. Maybe radiator mount?

It may well be somthing I have had to swap out in favour of a different fitting method, but I tried to discard the old screws and bolts as they where changed, this one I don't remember from anywhere though.
