I've used ATL in the past, they were very good. Remember they are time limited so make sure whatever you put it inside it's reasonably accessible for when you need to change it.

How long is the time limit? I was always mystified how they check these things! I was planning a access plate on the top to make that simple.

ATL are warranted for five years which is their competition time limit (others may differ). Its sometimes possible to extend it for a further two years. You'll probably need to change the foam at two years.

AH fabrication in Hereford. Very experienced as they manufacture a lot the the motorsport industry. Done a great job on copying a rusty old xj140 fuel tank with baffles for us recently.

Just realised, if you're talking about an all alloy tank you won't have issues regarding time limits other than normal deterioration.

Jim at Alloy Racing Fabrications has a good reputation and is making my (7 litre) tank - http://www.alloyraci...brications.com/

I can't see anything on the site about foam filled tanks though - probably worth dropping him an email.
