Hi
I have read on here and few other forums about the poor quality of rubber supplied on car suspension etc but that the Delphi rubber components seem to be of a good quality.
I was wondering where these could be purchased. I have tried my local motor factors and none of them sell Delphi except for coil packs.
Has anyone purchased any or know of anywhere that sells them in northwest, in particular, close to wigan
Thanks in advance
Steve

When I looked they only supplied knuckle joints, track rod ends and ball joint kits, which will of course fit any Mini. Perhaps they do more Mini parts? but that's all I could see.

Why don't minispares do DELPHI parts then ?

They say they are trying hard to sort out the rubber problem.

All they have to do is stock delphi parts and put in the description something like "comes with genuine real rubber that won't perish in 3 months" and they would sell them like hot cakes.

Not enough margin for them, quality costs and not everyone wants to pay; there are still a lot of owners who buy on price who don't realise they're buying rubbish. I don't have a problem paying if I know its from a trusted proven supplier. I always use Delphi where I can, you'll be surprised how much they produce for the classic Mini.

As long as you got them from a genuine supplier with lots of sales and at least 99% positive feedback they should be ok.
