Have you checked the earth wires?

I have one going from the clutch cover to the bottom steady bar on the subframe. Do i need to add another one?
You need to earth to the BODY not a rubber mounted subframe.
I do hve it to the body. I have it on the bracket side, NOT the bushing side of bottom mount

The subframe is still rubber mounted though, so the engine isn't earthed

I have solid mounts but i moved it and placed it on the brake reservoir nut to the flywheel housing bolt and still doesn't work.

you need a good earth strap, bolted to the clutch cover housing then to the main body.make sure its clean bare metal. also make sure the earth in the boot is connected to clean bare metal

You seem to be running through all the comments without any further progress so I'll just mention a couple of obvious points. Is the battery fully charged with all it's cells working, have you removed, cleaned and refitted the battery terminals and are the earth connections at the battery and engine end connected to clean bare metal?

The Following has been accomplished. Sorry gents but I usually work 14 hour days so when I finally get a day off its mostly sleeping.

Things accomplished:

1. Flywheel moved with large screw driver in neutral gear position.

2. New battery (right from the store) installed and connectors cleaned and copper greased for good measure.

3. Ground cable off engine block has been re-routed to be grounded on the inner wing. (Grinned some paint off and placed new bolt/nut on it and zinc painted over for rust protection. Engine side is connected to flywheel (wok) bolts

4. Placed mini in fourth gear and moved car to see the cylinders move. (Moved fine)

5. Spark plugs removed for initial crank over.

6. Verto Clutch slave cylinder bolts loosened back to make sure they are not fouling the flywheel.

then i would say the starter is the issue.

remove it secure it and pop some cable over it to a battery.  you should see the drive cog move out and then star rotating.

everything else sounds good.

Car update. New stater and solenoid replaced and it still only clicks over. New Battery has been replaced as well with no luck. Flywheel spins feely. My neighbor came by and was able to get the engine to turn over using a screwdriver on the starter terminal but very slow. I'm at my wist end with Alice (my mini) Attached are some photos. Any recommendations/suggestions?

I don't want to risk a bump start because i live on a mountain. It'll be a pain in the ass to push back up. LOL My neighbor was able to get the engine to turn by using a screw driver on the stater solenoid points. It was slow but did move.

Try spinning it over without the spark plugs in, might get the oil circulating and loosen things up a bit.
