Hi All, looking for a Mk1 / Mk11 project, stupidly sold my old car and have regretted it from the day I sold it. Now looking for a new project, those that followed my old thread know that I'm not scared of a challenge, whats out there????

I have a 997 Cooper across the water in Canada. Disassembled and Media blasted, very little welding required.

Thanks for the offer, but I think the distance may be the biggest issue, I'll keep looking ambit closer to home thanks

I'll just book passage for my Motorhome (RV) and trailer and I'll be over there, sometime in the Spring. I wish. That would be a lovely trip, East coast to West Coast.

If you drive slowly enough, maybe I'll have it finished when you get here! :D

Fine, just have to stop off at Georgian Bay (Ontario) to see relatives and borrow some snowshoes for my RV.
