Hi folks I will probably get slated for this but I don't care. I am planning on a z12/14xep conversion into a mini. Why? Many reasons main one being it's what I want to do lol. I have covered all aspects of how it will be done as I am planning on using everything from the donner as the car may be coming for free. My only issue is if I am using the standered ecu and bcm and clocks etc etc from the donner, the only problem I have came across is how do deliver the signal to the speedo. The pick up for this is taken of the front wheels abs ring on the CV but like Al conversions I am using mini outer cvs and there is no room for an abs ring on there and fab up a mount for the sensor unfortunately. There is a port in the gearbox for a mechanical to electric pick up but how I install that is beyond me. Any one have any ideas on how this can be done as it's the only issue holding me back

Fit a ring on the inner cv then?

To big the ring won't fit over the inner CV. Had thought about that also
