Hello everybody,

this is my first post here so I will present myself a little.

I'm a french guy living and working in Germany as an engineer and having an english-made car.

So far not too complicated ;)

So my Mini in an older 1979' 998cc LHD which I bought some years ago in order to rebuild it.

Here a picture of it when it came back home this summer as I started my project: (I hope I learnt well how to post a picture...)

Now it is stripped down, and I am starting to think about the body repair as it is a Mini which is nearly 40 years old and is a little bit rusty at the common places.

I am looking to finish it in 2019 when my Mini will be 40, and as I had another one I can't wait to drive it !!

Looking forward to hear you and get answers as I am sure I will ask some questions

Welcome Gilles, good to have you onboard. To post a picture, set up an account on imgur and import your pictures into it. When you want to post one in a thread on here, select the picture (its easier using a pc) and a list of options will appear on the right side. Scroll to the bottom one and click on copy and then paste this link into your thread. Jobs a goodun :proud:
