Im thinking of getting a respray as Ive noticed a few bubbles here and there and its about time I gave my car a bit of attention. The cars originally black and has been painted a dark green.

I really cant decide what colour to get next so I suppose this is a sort of poll Im setting up, idk if I can actually do that but regardless, I would appreciate some opinions!

Ive got group 2 race arches and silver minilites with a black middle (Im sure there are technical terms). The inside is black with red piping. Thinking of getting new seats soon though amonst many other things I keep saying Ill buy.

Anyway thanks for any opinions, cheers!

Really depends on your taste and budget.
If you're not changing the wheels I'd go for a black/red colour scheme. Don't think I'd like red piping on a green car for example.

The colour itself could be anything from a flat red/black to a large metal flake with red/black candy over it.
The world's your oyster when you're talking baout custom painting

Cheers for that! Black and red does sound like a good choice. I’m not sure why the interior was left original but everywhere else was painted green. I’m starting to think that changing the colour of the interior to a tan/brown might turn out cheaper and then just fix the bubbles (so long as they don’t unmask anything too drastic). Cheers!

Depends on what your budget is after the bodyshop has delved into your bubbles of rust. I'd be concerned it may not be the only place it's appearing and a full respray would be a waste if more will appear 12 months down the line.

Any colour suits a mini! You can't go wrong! That's the trouble- there's too much choice out there.
Are you thinking flat or metalic?
Have you found a paint shop near you?
I would offer, but Cumbria to Hertfordshire, well it isn't the shortest journey....

I sold my mini last week, I’ve regretted it since then and probably will continue to for a long time. Next summer I think I’ll be getting a new one. I haven’t found anywhere yet but I’ve already got big plans for it!

Very true about all colours suiting a mini. I can’t decide between: flat duck egg blue, dark metallic green, gunmetal, flat black.. the list goes on.

I’ll definitely let you know when I’ve got the new one! Still got to decide on wheels too.
