I have Group 2 race arches ( 3.5" wide)on at the moment and need spacers to bring the wheels out. I would like to ditch the spacers for obvious reasons but the next size down for group 2 arches are the rally type and they are too small (only stick out 1.75") and will not cover the wheels. Does anyone know of Group 2 arches that are about 2.5" wide.

As far as I recall, there were only two Group 2 arch extensions, 1.5" and 2.5". That is what was listed as Group 2 options originally. Wider than that would be Group 5 where the width was not defined.
The arch extensions are supposed to be to cover the chosen wheels, not have the wheels spacered out to fit the arch extensions.

It was never my intention at the time to have the spacers and I really dislike them. The 'Grp 2' arches from mini sport were supposed to cover 6" wheels, but they hang over way too much.
Would love to know where these 2.5" arches are available.

I've got arches on mine that I think were called group 2 wide, they're 2.5" front, 2" rear, bought from minispares around 1990. Could do with new ones if only I could find them again.
They look just right.
