Hi everyone. Im upgrading the rear wheel bearing in my car to the timken roller bearings. Ive seen that in 1996 there was an update to fit an O ring behind the rear hub bearing and the radius arm. Is this O ring a worthwhile addition ?

http://www.minispare...ck to catalogue

Is so does any body know the dimension of the O ring ? Or could someone provide me with a picture with where it fits please ?

Thank you for your help in advance

it goes on first, it seals the gap around the axle and backplate.

I think there was a groove machined in to the oil seal boss (on the arm) for the O Ring to seat in to.

I wouldn't fit the O Ring if there's no groove.
