I have a heater unit in the car but it just doesnt seem to put any heat out and the output direction adjustment doesnt seem to change anything

The heater pipes get hot inside the car

Sounds like a blocked matrix perhaps.

Does the blower work?

Yes the fan works good and both pipes get hot.

I noticed if i leave the fan off and turn it on it blows hot for a few seconds and cools down. Does that sound like poor flow through the matrix?

Thanks
