Hi anyone give me an idea the kind of gap you would expect to have between the A panel and door for clearance ? I take it set the A panel and door gap first before fitting the rest of the front ?

Thanks Neil, I did read through the "how to get those tight bonnet / panel gaps but didn't realise you slightly set the door back from being flush with the A panel.

That was my sons car and we ended up with a small issue. When I did my car and the mini special I did things differently which basically meant setting everything up together, so wings, doors, A panel etc until I was happy. On Project Erm it did not go quite that way but even so a tiny amount of under flush is not the end of the world. If you look up Wills Mini Special you will see what I did on there
