Evening guys when z cars went under they said i would get every so pence to a pound
Has anyone had any money back? Or heard anything all together from them

Not looking for an argument over it just a genuine question as been quite a few years now and not heard a thing

Once in liquidation you will not get a penny pal.

No they give you every so pence on a pound if they have any money left after the liquidation

They are also suppose to let you know via post if you are on the list of people owed money

Just wondered if anyone had heard from them am going to contact them this weekend

Find out who the administrators were who dealt with the liquidation and ask them.  It's their job to answer these tyres of questions.

 

Normally there is a pecking order for paying out creditors (that's what you are), they pay the administrators first, then HMRC if any tax is owed - after that I'm not sure how it works, but you are right, if anything is left it's so many pence in the pound.

Hi,

 

Obviously not sure of your situation but if you were a customer and bought on a credit card you may have some redress from your credit card company as they are joint and severaly liable.

 

If you were a customer who paid cash or a supplier then as above you need to speak to the administrators but usually after the administrators, HMRC and staff costs you will be lucky to see anything.

Im that confident you will be wasting your time as ive been in these situations myself, That ill double what ever you get from the administrators.

 

But hey yeah you have nothing to loose give it a go.

Pay for everything i buy online off a credit card now for this reason
