Unknow Bolt Help?

Any ideas where this bolt is from im thinking tank or steering i totally forgot what its for thankyou

Update

On mini spares they say to use 5/16 x 3/4 part number gfk5184 think i just use this indeed? I thought i brought the bolt i shown from mini spares part of a big order including buying a fuel tank strap.

It looks like a tank strap bolt but they usually have a hex head.

I have removed the odd socket head bolt from the rear subframe mounts that go into the sill section as they are originally the self cleaning type anyway and the socket head can be a little easier to fit but that looks to shiny to live outside so maybe the steering column to dash rail bolts but that seems a little long.

Fuel tank, however a mini doesn't have an Allen or torx head
