Small socket and G clamp. Socket over the the head of the pin and then use the G clamp to force the pin through.

i know that this is an old post but i just wanted to reply for the benefit of anyone else having this problem that this is the best way to get the pin out if its all rusted up. a little penetrating fluid plus a g-clamp and socket.

no need to damage the pin. just clean it up and you can reuse it.

So you would seriously reuse that old clevis pin in the photo - when parts are in that condition they all need renewal.

Based on the condition of that pin, hope that you checked the rest of the pin and clevis joints in the clutch linkage.

Buy a little kitchen blowtorch. Dead useful for heating small parts, brake nipples etc
