I've got a set of quad carbs from a Suzuki Bandit 250, I have seen dual bike carb swaps done before on a five port head, but what about keeping the bank of four carbs, making up a custom manifold and running two carbs for each intake port on the five port head? the engine is a 1330 with a ported/polished head.

A lot of fiddling about for what will undoubtedly be little or no gain.

Other than the physical fitment youll likely struggle to get tuning parts to get them to fuel correctly (Ive got the more common Bandit 600 and it was difficult enough getting parts to change the fuelling on that).

So Im sure youre just looking at it as a fun engineering challenge, but Id suggest you sell the carbs and use the cash for more Mini based parts instead.

Also, if the carbs are off a 250cc engine and the bike engine produces 40-45hp they might not be worth using on a 1330cc mini engine.
