It's what I have in my 97 Japan Spi and i thought they all had them but chatting to other J spec folks it appears not. Looking for clues as to where it might come from.

The Heater knob has four settings and makes the heater fan go from slow to faster-than-normal.

The Wiper knob also has 4 settings but does nothing atm but the loom behind the dash has been messed with so not surprised and hence why I'm trying to work out the panel origin. Thx

Don't think it's original. You could get replacements custom printed, try and see if the back looks modified from the original oblong switch aperture.

Be interested to see what type of 4 speed controller it has whether it is the resistor or electronic type and how its fitted.

I'd be willing to bet that wiper switch is for delayed / intermittent wiper control. You might try talking to Turtle Trading LTD in Japan. If it was a dealer installed or aftermarket product from the old days they would probably be aware of it.
