I've taken out the front floor already and I'm ready to weld this back in.
But...
I've noticed the rear load bay isn't as good as I first thought so I'm gonna do that as Well.
Is it possible to do the rear load bay panel after the front floor is installed.
I notice it slides under the middle bulkhead etc .
Can anyone shine light on this .
My subframe panel is fine so I don't really want to remove this if I don't have too.

Hi,
Yes, Iv'e done that. Took out the panel between the rear window and the load bay as well, otherwise it would be tricky to fit. New quarter panels as well.

Would.it be possible at all to do it leaving that panel in ? It's 240£ worth of Panel that bulkhead.mine is in good condition that's all.
Guess I could remove it carefully and weld it back in?
That brace that goes from the top of the subframe panel to the surport bit that goes down onto the tunnel . Is that available also.
Thanks for ya help mate

You are welcome.
I dont see any way to mount the bed while leaving in the bulkhead. It all comes down to how you want it to look in the end, perhaps you can only cut away the bottom few inches and weld it back in. The bulkhead is visible from both sides so it would be hard to get it to look properly.
You could give it a try and buy the bulkhead as a backup plan?
Not sure it the brace is available. I repaired the one I had, it should be fairly easy metalwork to make whatever repairs are needed. Did you check the M Machine catalog?

It's my first pickup so everything is a bit of a Jesus Christ how much !!!@@
The rear light panels have just scared me now as Well. Lol
Think I may stick another year onto the finish by date at this rate ...
It's just worth doing it all properly . Yours looks great by the way

I bought my panel through a dealer, so I'm not sure if its from M Machine or a Heritage panel. The panel you are looking for is included as a part of a new quarter panel (at least it can be if you by the right one)

Drip rail but from memory it’s now part of the side panel. A quick call to m-machine will confirm same. Not sure which bit that's called, but the M-Machine catalogue shows it
