Can someone tell me the difference between adjusta ride and hi Los? One of the mini parts companies seems to stock one and the other, the other ones. Which is best?

HiLos are the original. all the rest are copies or worse versions.

Thanks. I've a few other jobs. I'll make sure there's nothing on it first before ordering. Feel a bit daunted about tackling it. Haynes manual says 4 spanners job!!

If it helps it was the first job I did on mine and I had never really done anything on cars past changing a wheel, it took me most of Saturday and a hour or two on Sunday.

that was also when we had a heatwave so it was long going but was overall not too bad.

I also reused the trumpets and both knuckles were seized in them so I had to get those out in that time.

Good luck with it.
