In terms of work needed, it looks like just a new tyre on the outside. However, if its been sat the brakes will need looking at, and the tyres. There is no knowing what else is wrong until you put it through the MOT really, or what condition the engine is in.
I decided I couldn't be bothered in the end. I have enough other stuff to worry about without that sitting on the drive for a while and the missus nagging me about it!
