I dont know. I am going to try to change the oil and the clutch fluid next weekend and then I will see!

You may still have the same problems you have now....
If the wrong clutch fluid has been used, the seals may have gone soft, and as such are knackered.
To remove the old fluid fully you need to first bleed it all out. Then remove both the clutch cylinders so they can be cleaned with brake cleaner inside too...the master cylinder will never be rid of the old fluid without being tipped upside down and blasted / washed with brake cleaner.
So I would also replace the push rod, the arm and all clevis pins at the same time, as to do the job correctly 2 pins have to be removed anyway.
