The ones I ordered from the eBay link above, now I've finally got round to painting the 25 red on the front plate (lots of fiddly masking)

They look great, I think you might be the first person to ever actually order 'show plates' as show plates!

Hmmm MAYFAIR would look good on mine (wife's) :-D

Well I couldn't really be bothered about silly or stupid names... even if it did prove harder to have them as show plates and not with a reg.

 

 

 

and I'll keep quiet about my other 'show plates' with pre 2001 font...

I need a pre 2001 front plate, where did you get yours? I'll only put it on for shows honest, lol.

I got mine from a non-car related show over the summer (so a bit surprised to find someone making up plates to be honest) But, you can get pre 2001 ones made up by fancy plates.   https://www.fancyplates.com/index.aspx

 

Should be show plates - uk show plates and then the fonts in the drop down menu
