As above either mine is leaking or the clutch fluid is expanding. I have a plastic cap on a new (about 3 years ago) genuine clutch master cylinder. It looks like its just weeping, and collecting a small bit at the edge lip. The cap does not have a rubber seal within it, should it? I am in the process of bleeding the brakes and clutch, and my ezi bleed kit has a small rubber seal on all the various caps. I guess this is for the air pressure of the tyre when bleeding, under normal operation its not under as much.

It does work fine (the clutch) just wandered if this is normal?

both the brake and clutch caps breath to atmosphere  they have to.

so you may have just over filled the fluid. or have been driving a bit hard causing the fluid to leak.
