Hi,

I have disassembled and reconditioned my Lucas A115-45 alternator. However, I failed to take a picture of the regulator wirings before the disassembly and now I am puzzled. The regulator has 2 leads - black and yellow. Tha casing seems to connect to one of the brushes. But where should the leads go?

See attached pic.

Grateful for answers.

cheers,

Bosse :o)

Thanks! This was what I thought as well. Because of the wire lengths, not too many options. So in a nutshell: yellow to one brush, regulator case to the other, black to earth.
