Hi I am looking for a DAM5626 gearbox suitable for a rebuild.
I have put a rod through mine and munched a few gears (99Jap spec Rover)

I am in Australia, so was hoping if someone had one I could buy I could have it dropped off or posted to minispares in pottersbar at my expense.


I intend on buying a rebuilt minispares unit and want to avoid the large surcharge of 200 pound.

I think this is the most economical option I have and to be sure the gearbox is fine before putting it back in.

I was told boxes suitable for rebuild start around 60pound and go upwards

Any help would be greatly appreciated

It maybe worth approaching John @Guessworks, he rebuilds gearboxes and he might have one complete that you can buy off him without getting another one brought and rebuilt. May save the expense of it all.
