If you've no rot on the doors then it's virtually guaranteed you have new skins fitted....if it's been badly done then check for the continued existence of the drain holes in the door...if blocked or non existent (and iffy door bottom repair panel perhaps) the water has nowhere to go other than over the inner lip - overcoming the door seals and straight into your front footwell..the vapour barrier oe fitted wouldn't hold this back for long...until sorted I'd take out the carpet and underlay and pull out the bung in the floor (if floorpan is original).....
Needs sorting before tinworm starts to take a hold...

Ok thank you very much. If the holes are bloked or not there at all will making new holes fix it? Will they then move back into shape? Sorry this is very new to me. Never had door problems with my minis before this one.

Right drain holes are ok so I have bought new weather strips and clips to see if they help now
