Just finished my MPI rebuild and had it running twice now, both times the fan has not come on. The temperature doesnt go too high but it goes just over the half way mark. FYI this is sat stationary in a garage. I also have no power to the Green/Black wire with the ignition on.
Anyone have any past experience with this?

Also, Im not hearing the relay click when I turn the ignition on.
