Recently acquired a mini with a Fibreglass front end. I would like to fit some fog lights to it but was wondering if there are any considerations to be taken into account as the original grill isn't there either!?!

well fog lights are normally below the bumper so the grill does not come into it. you will need spreader plates for mounting.

Thanks for the reply... I don't think I explained myself right... I meant the Spot Lamps... they often seem to be mounted to the grill??
I think will break up the aesthetics of of the fibreglass front.

so driving lights?

totally different rules and regulations cover them.

they are often mounted on a bar that mounts to the front panel. the bar mounting will need reinforcement also.

Ah yes - Driving lights!! I'd been wondering what they were actually called!!!

So I don't have a front bar cause the whole front end is fibreglass... does this mean its a no-go for me then??
