I have a few problems with my Mini Cooper convertible year 2005 1600 cc petrol

The power steering motor continually runs when I switch off the engine and will drain the battery. Any suggestion how this can be fixed and who can do this would be appreciated. I live in North West London in Mill Hill (NW7). What will it cost to fix

Also the reverse sensor fault code 3 on the reverse sensor is not working. It is the transducer and there is a short circuit on the rear centre left. Again does any one know who could fix it and how much.

Also my boot does not open from the outside unless I go inside the car and pull the cord behind the back seats. Again does anyone know who could fx it and How much
