Hi all,

Working on locating the actuator. I've had a few ideas and made a V1.0 bracket out of 0.9mm steel (the actual will be at least 3mm). Wanted to see if I could get some constructive feedback to see if i can perfect this.

Intercooler hose routing thats the only thing that could cause an issue

That was my concern too. My V2.0 bracket will probably sit the actuator closer to the exhaust manifold.

Try not to mount it to close to the exhaust manifold. Excessive heat can damage the diaphragm.

Phil,

Any idea where most others mount the actuator for this turbo?

That's how I fitted mine. But I do have a bulkhead box fitted. Not sure if it would fit without. But my manifold is a high flow marry type.

That might work too! Will give it a mock up, thanks!
