Hi I'm Nick
I bought an '89 mini almost 2 years ago now and started to slowly fix her up while using her as a general commuting/getting around car.
Unfortunately I haven't driven or touched her in a year due to being very ill 
And now I'm better, some pillock has decided to smash a rear quarter window and steal a bottle of oil from inside. In a 'secure' car park where she's been parked peacefully for 6 months 
Anyway, I've decided that was the kick to get me back to sorting her out and giving her the love she deserves.
Lots of things to do. She needs a new exhaust, and probably needs rewiring. There's a few spots of rust, and some interior fixings to sort. She had her underside fixed for her last MOT so hopefully nothing that costly needing doing!
I believe she's partially original inside (at least I think the seats are original) but she's now showing her age a bit!
I love her and can't wait to get her back on the road again!
She's called Dash!
