I have a friend with a Clubman who has lost his mind and removed a Vauxhall 2.0 and is installing a 280hp Acura V6 in the back of the clubby instead.
He would like to sell the Vauxhall setup, complete with ECU, dash panel with gauges, carbs, complete subframe with new vented rotor 8.4 brakes and exhaust system. The Vauxhall is a 2.0, twin cam with 2 side draft Webers instead of FI. The engine was overhauled before it was imported and he says it ran great, no smoke and so on.
We're here in the States so no one knows what the heck a Vauxhall engine is, but he would like to sell the whole package - this would be a super easy install, just bolt in and go.
So if it were there in England what should it sell for, and if here in the states, what do you think we should ask for it?
