As above mileage is under 30k and is close to mint
Just looking for a rough value as these early ones dont come up often

Have a look at the sold listings on ebay to give yourself a guide.

 

RSP or mainstream ? Although I doubt it makes much difference. The RSP is more rare and has better seats but it also has a sunroof which puts a lot of mini buyers off.

The RSP Cooper will be worth a lot more.

John Parnell wrote a buyer's guide for Rover Coopers in the Summer 2016 edition of MiniWorld.

The prices he suggested were in the categories:

1. Mint, fewer than 5000 miles: Mainstream £11,000, RSP £16,000

2. 35,000 miles and needing door skins, A-panels and sills: Mainstream £3000-£5000, RSP £7000-£9000

 

Either version is definitely worth having.
