There is a technical expression to describe this level of rally damage. I couldn't say what that is, but I'll give you a clue. It begins with an 'f' and ends in 'hooked'. 

Or,as my old rally friend Kevin used to say "Oh dear, it seems to be broken"!

What with all the cars around with a fake ID using VIN plates off a long dead Mini i looked up the reg number.... It's still listed on the DVLA website

No MOT results returned. Last tax expired sept 92. It's long gone I'd say.
